O’RTE SPICY PINEAPPLE MARGARITA

Ingredients

1.5 oz. O’RTE Tequila Reposado

.75 oz. Pineapple Juice

.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.25 oz. Agave Nectar 

1 Jalapeño Slice

Tajin or Salt for Rim 

Garnish with Jalapeño Slice

Instructions

Rim glass with lime wheel or wedge, then dip into Tajin or salt mixture.

Combine all ingredients into a shaker, then muddle jalapeño.

Add ice, shake and fine strain into a rimmed rocks glass.

Add fresh ice and garnish with a jalapeño slice.

O’RTE Classic Margarita

Ingredients

1.5 oz. O’RTE Tequila Reposado or O’RTE Tequila Blanco

.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz. Fresh Orange Juice

.25 oz. Agave Nectar

Tajin or Salt Rim

Garnish: Lime Wheel

Instructions

Rim a rocks glass with Tajin or salt mixture.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker.

Add ice, shake and strain into a small rocks glass.

Add ice and garnish with a lime wedge or orange wedge.

O’RTE Paloma

Ingredients

1.5 oz O’RTE Tequila Blanco

2.0 oz Grapefruit juice

0.5 oz Lime juice

0.5 oz Simple syrup or agave nectar

2.0 oz Sparkling water

Instructions

Use tajin or coarse sea salt for the rim.

Add all the ingredients (except the sparkling water) to an ice-filled cocktail shaker, and shake to combine.

Strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass filled with ice.

Top off the cocktail with sparkling water. Serve and enjoy.
